I’ve browsed your site—what’s next?

Once you’ve explored our inventory, submit an inquiry through our contact form. We’ll confirm availability and follow up with a tailored quote.
 

If everything looks good, we’ll send over a rental agreement for review and signature. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your items and event date.
 

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. If your event is within 30 days, full payment is due upon signing.

You’re welcome to make adjustments to your order up until final payment is due.

How does the rental process work?

Start by submitting an inquiry with your event details and item needs. We’ll follow up within 24–48 hours with availability, pricing, and next steps. Once confirmed, we’ll coordinate delivery or pickup.

Can I view items in person?

At this time, we do not offer onsite visits. We’re happy to provide additional photos, details, or guidance to help you select the right pieces.

Pricing & Fees - What fees can I expect?

Your quote may include: - Rental Fee: Based on selected items or package - Delivery & Pickup Fee: For locations within our service area - Damage Hold: A $250 hold will be placed and refunded within 3 days of final return processing, provided all items are returned in acceptable condition

All pricing will be clearly outlined in your quote.

Are there any additional fees?

Depending on your order and timeline, the following may apply:  Processing Fee: For large or complex orders requiring additional preparation
Cleaning Fee: $125 if items are not returned washed and cleaned - Rush Fee: For orders placed within 2 weeks of the event date

 

All applicable fees will be outlined prior to booking.

Do you offer delivery and pickup?

Yes. We offer delivery and pickup within a 20-mile radius of Asheville. Delivery fees apply and will be included in your quote. Pickup is also available.

What is included in the rental?

All rentals include carefully packed items in labeled containers.

Do I need to wash the dishes before returning them?

Yes. All items are expected to be returned washed, cleaned, and placed back into the provided containers.
 

Items not returned in this condition will incur a $125 cleaning fee.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, we have a $125 minimum for all rentals.

What happens if something is broken or missing?

A $250 damage hold will be placed prior to your event and refunded within 3 days of final return processing, provided all items are returned in acceptable condition.
 

Any lost or damaged items will be charged at replacement cost.

How long is the rental period?

Rentals are priced on a daily basis. Multi-day rentals are available—just share your timeline, and we’ll provide a custom quote.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the event will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak seasons. Availability is limited.
 

Orders placed within 2 weeks of your event may be subject to a rush fee depending on availability.

Can I rent items for content creation or photo shoots?

Yes. We offer daily rental packages specifically for content creators, including single settings and full table setups.

Do you offer custom packages?

Absolutely. If you don’t see exactly what you need, we’re happy to build a custom package tailored to your event or shoot.
