Bite Me AVL is an event production company based in Asheville, working at the intersection of food, design, and culture. We produce events that feel considered. Our work moves across three lanes. Full-scale event production for clients who want something built from the ground up. Event rentals that bring a point of view to the table, not just inventory. And curated specialty events under the Bite Me name, where we create our own concepts and invite people into them.

We’re interested in atmosphere as much as logistics. In who’s in the room, how it’s set, what’s being served, and what people take with them when they leave. The goal is simple. Make something people talk about. Make something that feels like it could only happen here.
